Rita D’Arcy is the Executive Leader, People and Culture and joined Barnardos Australia in 2020. Rita brings more than 20 years business experience to the organisation and has a strong focus on employees’ growth and engagement. She understands the value of building an organisational culture that aligns with its purpose and values and drives employees to be their best selves. Rita is highly engaged with advancing the HR profession, including supporting young and upcoming HR professionals.

Rita relishes the opportunity to support and nurture employees in a people centred organisation. Her experience in Human Resources Management ranges from start-ups to large, multi-jurisdictional corporations. Rita holds master’s degrees in Organisational Development and Human Resources Management, as well as Leadership. She knows an engaged and happy workforce of employees is vital to Barnardos mission to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
