Support networks for families,
children and young people

The Family Connect and Support service can put you in touch with a wide range of different support services as soon as you and your family need it.

We currently have FCS services in the following areas: Nepean Blue Mountains, Sydney Metro, South Eastern Sydney, Western Sydney and Northern Sydney.
