Racheal has extensive corporate experience and is currently the Chief Financial Officer at the Bank of Queensland. Prior to that Racheal was Deputy Chief Financial officer at the Bank of Queensland and previously General Manager within the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and a Director of a number of its subsidiaries.

She is currently a Member of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee at the Australian Banking Association.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce, CPA Australia, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She completed the McKinsey Executive Leadership Program in 2020.

Responsibilities: Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee and Board Visitor to OOHC NSW.
