Natalie Gallagher joined Barnardos Australia in 2025 as the Executive Leader, People and Culture. She has over 10 years’ experience in executive leadership roles with for-purpose organisations and a lengthy HR generalist career prior, in the professional services and finance sectors.

With expertise in compliance, governance and driving employee engagement, Natalie has built and led high-performing people and culture functions through periods of organisational growth, transformation and optimisation. She has successfully developed and driven numerous initiatives to significantly enhance HR processes, elevate employee experience and strengthen workplace culture.

Natalie combines strategic and commercial acumen with a hands-on, people-centred approach. She is driven to create inclusive environments where people feel valued, supported and empowered to thrive.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Business (HRM), Diploma in Human Resources, Post-Graduate Certificate (Organisational Change).
