Elizabeth is the Executive Leader, Practice Quality and has an extensive career in Child Protection giving her a wealth of knowledge in industry best practice. Her commitment to continuous innovation and improvement has seen her drive change across Barnardos since 1989. Her strong interest in program design, guided practice and organisational development has guided the Practice Quality team as the standard bearers for excellence across Barnardos.

As a well-regarded practitioner in the sector, Elizabeth has presented at national and international conferences, contributed to research and co-authored papers. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. While Elizabeth is focussed on quality and consistency in Barnardos services, she remains connected to children and families. It’s one of the reasons Elizabeth remains steadfast in the practice of creating permanency for children and placing the child at the centre of all decision making.
