In the last year, Barnardos improved the lives of 27,829 of Australia’s most vulnerable children and young people. Sadly, there are still so many who need our help. By supporting Barnardos you can enable us to intervene early, to strengthen families and protect Australia’s most vulnerable children.

Barnardos’ Learning Centres and Homework Clubs provide before and after school programs for children aged 5-12, many of whom are First Nations Australians, who have been exposed to violence or family breakdown. This targeted approach allows us to work with children to break the cycle of disadvantage and help them engage with their education.
Barnardos Learning Centres
A donation to Barnardos enables our dedicated case-workers to be out on the streets at 2am in the most disadvantaged areas, where many welfare services have not been able to meet the needs of young people.
Youth at risk
Your donation will give families and their children a second chance in life. People like Tegan who narrowly escaped death at the hands of her partner. We believe that everybody deserves that second chance of a better, happier, safer life.
