Foster care information sessions - NSW

Barnardos are holding free information sessions to help you understand more about fostering a child. Come along to a information session near you to find out more - we would love to meet you! The dates for 2020 will be posted below soon so please check in again over the next few weeks.
Please note we are not able to cater for children at these information sessions so please don't bring them.

Topics for discussion will include:

  • What is foster care?
  • Steps to becoming a foster carer
  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Support and training
  • Hear from families who have fostered

Sibling adoption information sessions - NSW

Barnardos are holding free information sessions to help you understand more about adopting a sibling group (2 or more related children) who are unable to live with their birth family. Come along to a information night near you to find out more - we would love to meet you! The dates for 2020 will be posted below soon so please check in again over the next few weeks. 
Please note we are not able to cater for children at these information sessions so please don't bring them.

Please note our greatest need is for finding forever families for siblings.
