Corporate sponsor and volunteer opportunity: Women’s Week Celebration

Women’s Week Celebration (Sydney)

Friday 8th of March 2024

This empowering community event focuses on educating and providing resources for women and girls who have experienced or are currently experiencing Domestic and Family Violence (DFV). We expect over 100 attendees.

The event will feature different educational workshops throughout the day around self-care activities, yoga sessions, garden picnic and service stalls offering a wealth of vital information and resources.

We are looking for a corporate sponsor to support this event. Your corporate donation will go towards the costs of running the event (eg: set-up, catering, self-care activities) and contribute to our DFV support services. We invite your employees to volunteer their time to help with activities and catering.

Please email partnerships@barnardos.org.au to explore this fantastic corporate sponsorship opportunity.

WHAT WE SEE

We see beyond the sleepover in cars and understand the underlying issues.

After escaping family violence, a parent and their child have nowhere safe to stay and are
currently waiting for refuge accommodation.
