Barnardos Australia firmly believes that corporate charity relationships should be mutually beneficial. That’s why we make sure that our corporate partnerships are not a one-way street, where companies give and we take. At Barnardos Australia we understand that the need to contribute to your community must be balanced with the needs of your shareholders, customers and employees.
We have a proven track record in developing powerful, mutually beneficial partnerships. We bring to any partnership a charitable cause that is highly respected, very well recognised and very well supported across all age ranges and social groupings. Barnardos Australia views every partnership as unique so we would like to talk to you about your goals and develop a campaign that will work for both of us.

Johnson & Johnson solidifies relationship with Barnardos Australia
We are thrilled to announce that after 13 years as a corporate partner Johnson & Johson Medical has solidified their relationship with us by nominating an ambassador for Barnardos.
After receiving a number of applications from employees to take up this position Lisa Tozer, Senior Infection Prevention Specialist, has been nominated. Lisa will use her position to promote the activities of Barnardos across Johnson & Johnson Medical and whip up further support from employees with a number of fundraising and volunteering initiatives, including Bring Your Own Lunch for Barnardos.
Barnardos Australia and Johnson & Johnson Medical have had a long relationship and together have made a huge impact on the lives of vulnerable children across Australia. For the past year Johnson & Johnson Medical has been helping Barnardos Australia address some of the issues faced by Indigenous communities by supporting Barnardos Australia’s Yalmambirra Indigenous Learning Centre in Wellington, Western NSW. The Indigenous Learning Centre provides before and after school care for 30 children who are experiencing significant problems; such as struggling with school work, truancy and ongoing bad behaviour leading to suspension.
To show Lisa some of our important work we organised for her to visit the Yalmambirra Learning Centre so she could meet the staff and children that Johnson & Johnson Medical help support. She spent four days in Wellington and was a real hit with the kids. She completely immersed herself in the centre operations and the staff cannot wait to have her back again.
Lisa made a short film of her time there:
