Family temporary accommodation
This program provides medium-term supported accommodation for up to four families with children in motel-style units. Families are either homeless or at risk of homelessness. One three-bedroom house in the local community is available for families who are ready for more independent accommodation.
Each family is assessed and a support plan is developed with a view to eventually finding a long-term housing solution for the family and establishing the stability which will prevent the children from entering long-term substitute care.
In addition, a disability unit provides respite care and an adolescent unit provides accommodation for adolescents.
